Patetic service

good day <br> <br> I phoned last week for a new line and I spoke to Queen at Cell C, I was per-approved for a new line and all I had to do was send my documentation through which I did and got confirmation from Queen that she received my documentation I even gave Queen the work address where this phone was suppose to be delivered.<br> <br> The courier company phoned me yesterday and asked if I was at work for delivery which I am not even 20min later I got a call from the courier stating that I am not at work as he is at the address when I asked him what address he is he told me he was in midrand. I don't know where cell C got this information from as I work in Isando I then phoned Cell c again asking them to see what address they have on the system and stating they have the address I provided them and will give that information over to the courier company. quess what this was never done so now I am still waiting on Ram and Cell c to get there act together and to tell me when I am going to receive my phone. I have spoken to Queen and to Admand at the Cell C office that say that they will phone me back and I am still waiting.<br> <br> Please can someone tell me what is going on?<br> <br> Regards
