PASSING THE BUCK ON BROKEN PHONE

We took out another contract with cell C and got a Samsung S 6 - We were very happy until the phone stopped working within 5 weeks. We were glad that it had a guarantee and my daughter who use the phone took it in for repairs. 5 weeks later we had to call then as we did not hear anything from them - Their reply - the phone had \water damage\" - There can be nothing further from the truth!! I tried to speak to a manager - tried to get the photo's of the alleged water damage with no success. I ask them to return the phone - I am not going to pay any further on my 3 contracts and I hope I will then get someone's attention. "
