Passing the buck

I've been struggling 10 days to sort out a problem with a new contract. The most recent conversation had me speak to three different departments over 45 mins. It honestly seems like no one knows what is going on, on top of that your agents dont have a copy of YOUR Terms and conditions which in essence contradict what your agents are telling me
