A huge thank you to a lady called Palesa from Cell C Clearwater Mall for assisting with my C-surance claim. Even though C-Surance gave me problems she followed up on my behalf. I recently wrote a review complaining about C-Surance however credit needs to be given when due so to the lady in question, thank you for going above and beyond. Its not part of her job and description to follow up about my claim but she did and for that I am thankful... :-) great work
