Painful experience with Cell C - lost my mobile number of over 20 years through incompetencies!!!

Cell C made me to lose my mobile number which I have been using for more than 20 years when porting. The pain and trouble that Cell C cost me cannot be quantify and yet they were hiding under a disclaimer clause which not holding them accountable. I regret ever taking up Cell C contract just about a month ago. So anyone out there who want to retain his or her mobile number should be very careful taking up contract from Cell C. To add more to my pain, their call centre consultants are not well trained as they always give me conflicting statement - porting or number change until they finally place nails to my coffin by losing the number.
