PAID VIA EFT AND STILL MY SERVICE IS BLOCKED

Firstly my debit order bounced as i was paid late and the payment was reversed (not provided for) so when i got paid the 1st June late eve i made an EFT payment 2nd June in the morning. however, my service remained blocked. I then called Cell C and they said i must e-mail [Email Removed] as well as fax *** my proof which i have done numerous times. Today is the 24th June. 22 DAYS after my payment was made yet i still have no service. Ontop of that every time i call i hear CONGRATULATIONS!!! i will NOT upgrade as this is Pathetic service!!! my last month left of my contract and you do this???? so i must pay my account this month end again for having it blocked the whole month of June. NOT IMPRESSED HIGHLY FRUSTRATED!!! Please allocate my payment UNBLOCK my service and cancel my contract completely when it contract end date arrives shortly.
