Paid up letters and removal from ITC

Fast forward... 1. Was handed over to SSD & Attorneys 2. Paid off debt 3. Called Cell C abs requested I be removed from ITC abs a paid up letter. 4. Called the customer care line - a week ago. Was told I will receive a call and letter in 48 later still waiting. 5. Spoke to an extremely rude agent, Cleopatra Oliphant. Not willing to listen nor to help 6. As I type this I’m on a call for about 30 minutes. Going around the same thing.
