Paid Up Letter.(No Response 2 Years)

Dear sir/Madam,

My Identification number is:***

Please note I made a settlement offer with CELL C and I managed to pay off the whole DEBT.

I made an EFT Transfer and cash deposit. Both proof of payments are Attached below and the statement of my account before the arrangement was made.

I made contact with them as I need my Letter of Settlement,it's been 2 years i never heard back from them.

I urgently need help with this matter and want penalties to be imposed upon them.

Please note one of your consultants called me last week,Till today i'm waiting for Feedback from the Legal Department of Cell C,they never even contacted me.

I urgently need the Letter today it is my right.
