PAID UP LETTER WOES!
Dear Peter. I wholeheartedly regret being Cell C's customer. To this day, I'm still waiting for my paid up letter confirming that I have settled my cellc account and this is for employment purposes. Lord knows what's taking them this long but they still sending me from pillar to post . Today's the 3rd week, I still don't have my letter.
Please help!!

I use my resources and time to keep on calling when in reality, I shouldn't be doing that.
This is totally unacceptable. I don't want anything being shortly attended to, but rather immediately resolved. I've had enough.

Can't you give me something as confirmation to give to my potential employer meanwhile your team that doesn't work hard enough to help clients within the time frame they gave them is still doing investigations ?
It was very easy for your team to ambush me with a letter to settle My debt. Now that I did, it's hard to give me what's rightfully mine ...ON TIME!
