Paid Up letter struggle with Cell C.
I had been handed over by Cell C to two different collections companies for one account. I paid up with one company and I've been requesting a paid up letter since September.
I've been to the branch, and they sending me to customer service. When I call CD they tell me theh can't assist. I was finally able to get someone from their collections team to help in December, but still no letter.
I've provided proof from the collections company that the outstanding balance is R0.00.
Please tell me what else I can do to get a paid up letter since no one at Cell C apparently knows how to issue me one.

Please confirm which collections company this is with? I paid up with SSDA as informed by Cell C in 2021.
There should be no balance. After speaking to agent LSelahla from your collections team, I was nfotmed that I'll receive paid up letter ad the account was settled.
Where does this arrears suddenly come from if account was paid up in September 2021?
