PAID UP LETTER STILL NOT RECEIVED OR FEEDBACK FROM CELL C

I trust that you are well,

I have been calling cell c for the past 3 weeks.

This will be the 4th week ....with regards to my paid up letter.

I was given the reference ********** 036 in the first week. The second week a new case was opened. I have given all my necessary contact details and my work number.

I still have not received feedback with regards to a simple thing. I even gave my email address as well. I called twice last week and waited on the line for 20 minutes for your legal department with no assistance.

All I am getting is the run around. As if none of your employees know what they are doing.

Can someone please assist me with the paid up letter. An emailed response would also be highly appreciated.

Or do we as customers all have to go and post on HELLO PETER in order to get attention and our queries resolved?

@ Mr Gumede.....I remember dealing with you before about a year and a half ago when I was busy closing my account with cell c. Maybe you can assist as well.

And Palesa Nhlapo and Moses Mo***eng....you handle the cellc hello Peter query...

As that was also a mission. Now almost a year later still fighting with a network company I do not even use anymore!!!!!!!!.

I received a mail back from Kia Bande that I will be assisted.....two days later still nothing. Is it really that difficult to type out a letter?
