PAID UP LETTER STILL NOT RECEIVED FROM CELL C

Paid up letter still not received. I was promised on the 19th after the conversation with Lungile that I would receive it by Friday the 20th. Today is the 23rd.....I still do not have a letter. Also received a mail from your written correspondence department with yet another ref number ********** 028 from Kagiso Phetla.....Can I please get the letter. This is sooooo draining. How long does it really take to draw up a simple letter? You confirmed verbally that the account was paid up and settled, so why is it such a mission to give written proof of that?
