Paid up letter request
I am annoyed to say the least by Cell C and their customer service. I have been calling none stop following up on my paid up letter and all i hear is that unfortunately nobody knows when the back office will get back to me regarding that. Its been over 3 months since i paid and this is such an inconvenience for me. I'm honestly not happy with the treatment i'm getting.

31 Jan 2022, 11:57I made a payment of 675.77 on the 03rd November 2021 I have the payment notification to show and even sent through a proof of payment i cannot request paid up letter when i know i have never paid what i owed.
