Paid up letter request
I recently made contact with Cell C Legal department and I was given the settlement amount and banking details. I have paid the amount and sent the proof of payment to *** with reference *** and I have been on hold on 3 occasions for more than 30 minutes without response. All I need is a paid up letter and that the account has been closed is this too difficult to as of you??? Please update your records accordingly and send me the paid up letter. my number contact number is ***
