Paid up letter request.

I'm very disappointed with the level of service im getting from cell c.

I've been requesting my paid up letter for the debt I have been owing and even today I haven't received it.

I have paid on the 19/09/2022 through their debt collectors which is SSD(Shapiro Shalk Defries) and im still struggling to get the paid up latter even today.

I can't apply for anything becouse it still shows on my credit record that I owe them. I have been calling serveral times and they keep on saying the issue has been assigned for investigation and they will call me back but no one ever call me. The reference they gave me is ***.
