paid up letter or settlement letter
<p>Cell C is not really being fair..they assigned a technical agent to resolve my problem but all the agent did was do the same thing their collection department did which is to tell me to wait and even they don't know to wait for how long it could be months or years which is not fair and they are telling me to wait for legal department, the same derpatment who told me that the letter will not come from them,that I must email it to them and they will update my credit record in 8days..so when I ask what is that I'm waiting for in legal department no one is answering me because legal department told me they can't help me with the letter..really Cell c this is not on I really nseed this letter and I need someone who knows where to get this letter from for real..somebody has to know something in this company.</p>
Lungi has been communicating with you regarding this matter and she advised that she will send you the letter as soon as she receives it from the legal department.

U are not understanding me I called your legal department myself and they told me that I will not get a letter from them..because I was even willing to come fetch it myself but YOUR LEGAL DEPARTMENT told me they at not the ones who issues the letter,that when I get one from only God knows from where I must email it to them,them being CELL C LEGAL DEPARTMENT. So its either the lady I talked to didn't know what was she talking about or you guys don't know but someone is misleading me and gave me the wrong information.. So please clear this out for me and tell me which one is which because I will give your legal department a call again
