Paid up Letter not given

Good day I finished pay my 2 contract with celc, since last year November 2020 asking for a paidup Letter but no luck, this company is *********** shame... I call the customer care and they transfer me to other department. All the Department which I was transferred too they couldn't help me till today. My worry is that celc shows that I owe them on my Credit profile and I'm done paying them.

They always say they can't find anything with my Id, this other lady once give me their legal numbers I also call them and they say they can't find anything also.

Bad service ever never again take a contract with this company
