PAID UP LETTER NIGHTMARE
19 days ago, i was promised feedback regarding my paid up letter. 19 days later im still sitting with a promise that i will receive feedback, Yet i have not received my paid up letter . Is there any other route that will be helpful because call center failed to assist, Hello Peter did not even attempt to help, not to mention emailing complains. Am i stuck with the current non service im receiving from cell C or is there hope? Or you people are waiting for me to owe something extra as you are after-all in the habit of making money?

We will get someone to follow up on this matter and assist. A consultant was requested to assist when you logged your complaint on Hello Peter and an email was sent, advising you that the consultant tried reaching you with no success.

07 Jan 2019, 15:02That was on the first complaint i logged which was a month ago regarding the same issue. the Moses person sent me an email i responded, that was the end of Moses. never heard from him again. i logged yet another on hello peter and you people told me the same thing about not being able to get hold of me whilst i rep**** to the Moses. So this is sounding like you people are hiding behind a leaf. The excuse is getting old please. Help me to find a way forward without mentioning could have's that never had.
