PAID UP LETTER NEEDED IMMEDIATELY
What a pathetic excuse for a company, when requesting information for payment, Cell C's "Legal" department is very quick to email, however, after the payment is made, their "Legal" team goes on holiday for months with no one to assist, I am now waiting for well over 3 months for my paid up letter. and all calls transferred to your imaginary "legal" department just rings with no answer. Payment made on the 29th of November 2018, and aid up letter requested on the 11th of December 2018. Phone me back as soon as possible, or i will come help you idiots look for the invisible legal department at your head offices.

07 Mar 2019, 13:18Good day, please note that I Expect this letter by COB tomorrow 8 March. it has been long overdue. various emails have been sent, please check your escalated queries inbox. this is interfering with my work, and i need this sorted out. as said, when you requested payment, i made payment in less than 2 hours to clear off the account after your banking details were sent. it would only be decent that i be shown the same level of urgency to resolve the matter.
