PAID UP LETTER /ITC UPDATE
I’m still waiting for CellC to send me a paid up letter. You ********ly listed my partner via the Credit bureaus for R30.01, now it’s a hassle to send a paid up letter. You deliberately emailed the paid up letter to the wrong email address and I responded immediately yesterday to inform you of the correct email address. Now it’s a hassle just to get one thing right.National commission must be made aware of this bull.. account number ***
