Paid up letter is like gold from Cell C.

This is the worst company ever, i paid up my account 30th August 2018, they got me listed and when i asked for a paid up letter they sent me from pillar to post. Told me to contact their legal department that never picks and after a good 40 or more wasted minutes they just cut you off. I have been to 3 branches and they are equally useless, one would even wonder if being useless is their culture. What got me even more anoyed was the service i received from Bayside, the branch manager and the regional manager are like street hand picked, they even suggested i go to the head office. That got me shaking in this modern technological matured era. Documents are shared electronically every second.

What puzzled me even worse was that the branch could confirm that my accounts were paid up and yet i am still listed as a bad payer on the 10th June 2019, when the account shows that the payment was matched to the account ages ago. Can anyone please help me understand, is this a sign of a lack of competent high level management or is the company not in synchronization? I wonder if they even understand what the impact of wrongfully listing people. People lose chances to be hired becausee of stupid mistakes like this and companies like this should be brought to book. This is an injustice, no man this is ********. Can i proceed with a civil case if a pontential employer can confirm that they didnt employ me because of this ******** listing?
