Paid up letter is Gold to Call C: update/bullies

Cell C is a bully and full of *********** staff who will will be quick to list with unfound base, but will take centuries to clear your name or even show remose for their mistakes. I recently posted a review about Cell C's paid up letter being gold.

Well you wont believe that they wrongly listed me for R1.60 i dont even owe them, they even insist that i short paid them. I had 2 contracts with them which where outstanding with R518 +R751= R 1269 and i Paid R1270, meaning that the actually owe me R1.00. How on earth do you list someone who has over paid their account and still have the nerve to claim they still owe you.

What puzzle me more is how does one respond to an important query with unfound information? From where i am standing Cell C has no respect for customers and the the *********** buch seriously need reconciliation training, a customer queries handling training and process improvement training will help management. This case should have been close before it even came to this platform, beacuse all your three branches i visted confirmed that the payment was matched to the two accounts and both accounts are at a settled status. But your stupid system cant produce a paid up letter.
