Paid up letter

I had a contract with Cell C and paid it up . I pull my credit record you guys are active and in arrears.

Since when because now I even use you guys for prepaid??

I am porting from this network not sure why I have loyalty to people that fail to do their jobs.

I want a paid up letter by the 20 Jan 2021 COB
