PAID UP LETTER
The worst company to deal with, they call you to sell something and do not disclose everything, they sold me a modem which I used and paid for every month but then a year later there was an additional charge which we queried but was not sorted out, I eventually paid them and requested a paid up letter which they said takes 24 to 48 hrs, now they telling me that I must wait 7 working days for it when it is paid, their customer service is appalling and unprofessional

IT'S EASY JUST LOOK ON YOUR BANK STATEMENT AND YOU WILL FIND THE PAYMENT AND SEND ME MY PAID UP LETTER, IT'S AN EASY PROCESS BUT YOU GUYS MAKE IT DIFFICULT. URL ARE LUCKY THAT I PAID THIS AMOUNT FOR SOMETHING I KNEW NOTHING ABOUT. I WANT MY PAID UP LETTER.
