Paid up letter
Cell c has the worst legal team ever . I have been begging for a paid up letter for days . I told them it was for an emergency. When I call the consultants tell me it’s the legal team not their side my reference number is *** . If you want stress choose cell c . The worst network on earth there is no source of emergency for them.

26 Feb 2021, 13:14So disappointing I received an email saying I must call the legal department or call . I called waited on the line till my airtime finished with some consultant who didn’t want to transfer me at first because she said legal does not take calls . She finally transferred me which I waited on the line till my airtime finished . I feel Cell C does not care for their clients . There is no urgency or customer care . How can I wait another 24 hours when I have already waited days to be assisted . Clearly you give excuses instead of fixing the problem
