Paid up letter

I had a virus on my computer resulting in emails being wiped out, as I result I lost my paid up letter from cell c. I have emailed and called the customer service department asking if they can please resend it to me. I still have not received it. It's said that the only way to get action from cell c is to complain on hello peter
