Paid up Letter!!!!!!!!!

It has been a month since i last heard from Cell C .. I demand my pay up letter!!! .. I have had it with this this company and its unprofessional employees .. who disregard customers as they please.. I will be takinv further steps today if i do not receive my letter.. I will be contacting the ombudsmen and involving my lawyers.. This is my future at stake here held by one piece of paper NO MAN .. Cell C bosses needs to teach their staff some work ethic!!!!!
