paid up letter

I have paid up my cellc contract, but now it seems that it appears on my credit report, I requested a paid up letter on Monday 27th of Jan, and today I phone as i have not received it, just to find out that my request was not done and it has to be done AGAIN, and I have to wait another 48 hours, and i really need the paid up letter as in today.

I am still waiting for the paid up letter,

this is really unfair, why must a person wait so long for such a simple thing?
