Paid up letter
It's been 7 days I have been requesting for a Paid up letter from Cell C, I keep getting response is that POP has not been allocated but it's has been escalated . So much for 48 hour turnaround time. Why is everything a drag. My life is held hostage by your slow responses. Please do the right thing and send me the paid up letter. Ref number ***.
