Paid up letter
I have paid up the account in May 20/2022 and noticed on clear score that it I have a balance outstanding,I requested a paid up and they are not even responding on request it's been months now 🧐. I even sent the proof of payment already and I am being just ignored 🤦🏽♀️,they are just deliberately messing up my credit status with their incompetence in resolution.
