Paid up letter and Credit Bureau update

I paid up CellC account last year and since then I was not served with paid up letter and update at Credit bureau. I called a number of times and emailed. Only to get email from debt collectors saying I still owe CellC and I need to pay into their account. Now these debt collectors refuse to give the person who instructed them at CellC
