Paid up letter and bad service.

The phone call I regret from Cell C that caused me a lot of pain and headaches. I took WiFi data contract with Cell C for 4G data every month for my daughter to be able to search for job. I had a debit order of R150 every month that was deducted with no fail until I received an sms stating that next debit will be R480. I immediately called Cell C where I was told not to worry the system still shows R150. I was debited the R480. I went to the Cell C shop in Newtown mall. I was told systems are done. I went to the bank and reversed that amount hoping someone will call me. It continues to increase every month. I called them and emailed them with no help. I was then handed over to lawyers for collection for an amount of R2000 plus. I paid the money to the lawyer and few days I requested a proof of payment. Till today I'm still waiting. Both the lawyer company and Cell C decided to list me on ITC. This has caused me so much stress as I was declined a contract phone recently after my phone was ******. I just need my paid up letter and my name to be removed from ITC. Whoever did that to me, I have handed him over to God already.
