Paid Up Letter
I called Cell C over a week ago regarding a paid up letter. To date the matter has not been resolved all I get is turn around times of 48 hours. All the consultants I have spoken to advised that there is no outstanding balance including the collection division. This letter is needed urgently as I am due to get permanently employed and they are awaiting the later seeing that they listed me on ITC. I have 3 references generated and none of them have been resolved. I don't know what to tell my potential employers anymore!

22 Dec 2021, 15:07What about the one created last week Tuesday on the 14th of December to be precise which had vanished on your systems? I would not be complaining in this platform if you stick to your service level agreement. To make matters worse your agents have the courage to drop calls after wasting your time with authentication questions . I have spoken to numerous agents since last week Tuesday. If they were competent enough and the service level agreement was adhered to my request would have been a thing of a past. It was only yesterday that I was even given the correct email address to forward my request to. I don't envy your current and potential clients if the service I received is anything to go by!!!
