Paid up letter

Good day,

My name is Ndakhle Mlungwana had a contract with cell c that I have settled in June 2022 with the amount of 6857.32.

I've apply for a home loan when I realized that I have an issue of affordability and when my private banker checked on what is causing that I have realized that cell c is listed on my records as if I'm am paying the Amount of R68857 32 that I have settled in June. I then called cell c on the 20th September 2022 to get paid up letter where I was advised that I must wait 48 hours to get that as they still need to investigate, I waited then Friday the 23rd I called again and was advised that they are still investigating and I don't understand what takes so long for them as I never had contract with them with that amount.

Today I called again and I was told the same thing that they are busy with the investigation, all I need is the paid up letter and I will never bother them neither to recommend theie serviced to anyone as I have experienced bad service from them.
