Paid up letter
Hi my name is Funeka, I am appalled by your service, I'be been calling to get a paid up letter for account *** for the last 2 weeks, account was paid up in June 2019, i get sent from pillar to post by your consultants, I was under Debt Review, in the process of clearing my name - so my attorney needs this paid up letter asap. Since I had to state my dissatisfaction online I trust you will see the urgency of this request. I you can - please email this paid up letter to ***.

The 2 day turnaround time is up.....
I'm still waiting.....in the next 19 minutes it will be exactly 48 hours - nevermind the phone call requests I've been making for the last 2 weeks.....
With the last bit of faith and baited breath - my email is *** - All I need is a soft copy of a paid up letter, just an email....nothing much.
