Paid up letter
Good day
In April 2021 I was handed over to SSDA by Cell C. In Jan 2022 the outstanding amount was finalized and I was advised that I'll get my paid up letter 20 days after .
Since then I'm still waiting for my letter, I've got everything on emails , proof of payments, references everything. Everytime I call Cell C they keep telling me the same excuse about information outstanding hence I've been sending it to them and the one consultant told me that the inbox is full and I should sent to a new mail address I did so and I got a reply. But that's where it stopped again.
Then on the 18th of August 2022 the gentleman over the phone said that I'll get my paid up letter by the 22 August 2022 yesterday I contacted them again and the lady told me that they still waiting on my information and I should email it AGAIN. HOW MANY TIMES SHOULD I EMAIL THE SAME THING ITS BEEN ALMOST 8 MONTHS.

And to top it all I'm getting a statement that I owe money on a contract for a number thats already on prepaid.
Why or what is the reason that this whole thing is dragging so much?
