Paid up letter

I really don't understand how u guys are working because i have sent proof of payment i even received case number *** and consultant Mpumelelo told me that everything is updated on the system i must wait for 48 hours i will receive thr letter, then today my account is still in arrears it clearly shows that cell c is indeed a useless company. How does your system work i can not keep on calling the same company everyday for one thing, even Today i spoke to Palesa who told me that the delay is within the collection department they have not yet allocated my payment, whose fault is that mine? I must do your company work pay you and allocate my payment as well. I am not a fool who would take all these steps i have taken against cell c meanwhile i haven't paid my debt that bull****. Cell c is failing to do their job i wish i can even provide hellopeter with my proof of payments and proof of emails i have sent,your reply is uselessaas well coz clearly you did not check my details properly
