Paid Up letter

This company is full of *********** people. They make empty promises. They harassed me into paying my account while I lost my job due to covid. Now that I paid off my account they are giving me the runaround with my paid up letter so I can clear my name from the credit bureau.

After months of wasting airtime and escalating, still no one comes back to me... funny thing is the only people calling me is their sales team offering me deal they know I don't qualify for [pathetic company].
