Paid Up Letter
I am not impressed with Cell C. You have listed me on credit bureau stating I have an outstanding balance of R 1070. Yet I call the call center only to be told that I have actually overpaid Cell C . I requested a paid up letter on Monday 22 Feb 2021 and I was guaranteed that I will receive it after 48 hours. Friday 26 February I still don't have that letter (its unfortunate that non of the call center agents can assist me with the letter) I urgently need this letter and you can keep the R300 that you owe me.

02 Mar 2021, 12:59Cell C, you can do better than private respond me with an automated message. 6 days later you have still not contacted me. All I need is the paid up letter emailed to me.
