Paid up letter

I just need the letter from Cell C stating that the account was paid on 01 October 2021, can you assist with that?

I did contact them and they are saying that the statement is sufficient enough but Experian wants a letter. the account was paid on 01 October 2021, I need a letter either from SSDA or Cell C stating that the account was settled on 01 October 2021 so that Experian can update my profile from 01 November 2021. I need this letter please

This is just so frustrating, it’s been ongoing since November last year, Experian says I need to get a letter from Cell C stating that the account was settled on 01 October 2021, I phone Cell C am told that I need to speak to SSDA, and SSDA say I must speak to Cell C . Please advise if we need to settle this in court because am tired. My life is at standstill, I can’t get any loan or bond because of this, I travel from Pretoria to Sandton daily and banks are refusing to give me a bond because of this. This issue has affected my life badly. Please advise if you can help or not as I need to consider legal actions again Cell C and SSDA if this is not resolved to it’s best. I have the statement from SSDA showing that they received the payment on 01 October 2021, what’s difficult now with Cell C to just give me the letter, and why you Cell C channel this directly with SSDA and sort it out? You not even proposing for a meeting to solve this, you directing me to SSDA, to do what with SSDA since the account belongs to Cell C? If SSDA didn’t avail funds as of 01 October 2021 that’s not my problem since their statement clearly shows that I paid the account on 01 October 2021?

But your team is not assisting, all they said in their email is that they have standard paid up letter, they can’t add the date on the letter to say when the account was settled. I am starting to feel like you also don’t take me serious, if your team was doing what they are supposed to be doing I wouldn’t be in this platform talking to you, and I am sorry you won’t be telling me about 48 hours to fix this, I need this sorted out today! How many 48 hours are from 01 October 2021 to 12 October 2022? I have more than 300 reference numbers from Cell C and no one can assist. So please save me time, will you be able to assist or I can go ahead and place legal actions against SSDA and Cell C ?

But it’s taking longer than it supposed to. Remember you said 48hours. All I need is a letter from Cell C stating that the account was settled with SSDA on 01 October 2021! That’s all I need , I just don’t understand what’s taking time? A letter it’s just easy to draft because you have all the evidence that proofs that the funds were paid 01 October 2021.

Yes but it doesn’t seem like it’s prioritised. What’s difficult with writing a letter? A letter with less than 20 words on it, when the account was settled with SSDA ? That’s all , what’s difficult there?
