PAID UP LETTER

I paid my cell c contract on the 01/02/2023 and sent proof of payment to cell c I was told it will take 48 hours for me to get paid up letter. I called cell c so many times the last team leader I spoke with is Kamogelo I spoke with her on the 07/02/2023 and she promised me she will send me the letter I am now calling cell c and alln the agents are not willing to help me with the paid up letter they just put me on hold.
