Paid Up Letter

I'm still waiting for feedback from Cellc - was called on Saturday and advised that Monday the 31st of January I will get my paid up letter. Its Tuesday still nothing. Reference No: ***. There is no sense of urgency at all with Cellc. I still say I will never recommend Cellc to anyone.
