PAID UP LETTER

30 Days later after requesting a paid up later and still no feedback!!! Tried contacting their legal team and get through to customer care who advises me that the legal department is working from home so there is no direct contact number?????

I've been trying for one whole year to get a default off my name and Cell has just been unhelpful. I am extremely frustrated by your useless SERVICES!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
