Paid up letter

After making several calls to Cell C and reporting them here on hellopeter, I am still not getting assistance that I need.

Like what so hard in send my paid up letter after I have emailed my proof of payment, the customer service team does not help with anything.

They have all my details but no effective communication is being done..

They said my paid letter will be done with 2 working days but I am heading to a full 3 weeks without receiving it.
