Paid Up Letter

<p>I called 084143 as I have cancelled and paid up a cell phone contract I have with Cell C, I spoke to people at Retention Department for assistance with getting a paid up letter. I get transferred to the legal department and they transfer me back to Retention. Retention people transfers me back to the the Legal again, I dont understand who should assist me regarding this matter. May I be reffered directly to the correct people to assist please. My ID number ********** 331080.</p>
