paid up letter

<p>Cell c is still sending me on a wild goose chase..I mean today I hv called them the whole day and none of the departments know which department is responsible for paid up letters..talk about incompetence I mean they were able to send me a demand letter and I paid so now they can't send a paid up letter and none of them knows who must I talk to...Cell C I will never go into business with them they really don't treat their customers right and now I don't have airtime and no one will bother to call me from them but when I was owing them they called everyday.this is poor very poor customer service and its irritating really coz I need this sorted I'm stuck without this letter not that they care thought that they are ruining my life.</p>
