paid up letter

<p>Just paid up cell c I was in areas so now I'm black listed and I need a paid up letter so that cell c would update my credit score and cell c's collection department keep on telling me they are waiting for cell c but when I called cell c's legal department they said I must push collections for the letter and they will clear me so now I don't where the letter will come from if they are both waiting for each other.please someone help coz I need this cleared up month end</p>
