Paid up letter

I recently paid up my cell c account that was handed over to MMM Capital and requested the paid up letter. I paid the balance on the 26th of February and requested the paid up letter on the 04th of march and was told that the letter has been requested from Cell c. Today I phoned Cell c to request the letter myself since I'm not getting Joy form Peal at MMM capital and I was told that the account is no longer with cell c it was handed over to MMM and the letter has to come from them since I was paying money into their account. I sent pearl an email to inform her what Cell C legal department has told me and she said to me again that she is waiting for cell c and she has been liasing with them about this. I feel like I'm being taken from pillar to post and all I want is proof that I have paid up the account so that cell c can assist with ITC update. The paid up letter has to come from somewhere.Please help
