Paid up letter

I Had a contract with Cell C and my account was handed over - i managed to pay the required amount and settled the account last year however till this day I'm struggling with a paid up letter and my profile hast been updated with the Bureau - i was planning on purchasing property but get finance due the this flag from Cell c and when i call their customer helpline their agencies are taking me from pillar to post with resolving my issue - please assist with getting this matter resolved
