PAID UP LETTER
Good day i am very unhappy with the service im receiving from you guys. I was promised that will get the paid up letter by Finiwe Hintsho till today i havent received. can you please send me my paid up letter *** ID number ***. since the 27th of August till today the payment has not been allocated??? what madness is this? please get back to me ASAP with the letter.

10 Sept 2019, 11:45It is indeed frustrating because even your call centre is contactable and if someone who works for you guys cannot get the letter for me, how is it possible to your customers. She called me and tell me she is still waiting so how many days does one have to wait for though??
